Terms and Conditions – 777pkr Platform Rules and Usage

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 777pkr platform you must meet all of the following requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 777pkr is strictly an adults-only platform. We take the protection of minors seriously and any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and any funds returned in accordance with our verification process.
• You must be accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as a representative or agent for any other person or organisation.
• You must be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You must not be an employee, director, contractor or immediate family member of a 777pkr employee where such participation would constitute a conflict of interest.

3. Account Registration

When registering an account on 777pkr, you agree to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.

• One account per player: Each individual is allowed one registered account. Duplicate accounts may be closed without notice and any associated balances may be voided.
• Account security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Do not share your username or password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact our support team immediately via live chat.
• Verification: 777pkr may request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals or when required by our internal compliance procedures. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 777pkr platform — whether on Casino games, Live Casino tables, Sports Betting markets (including cricket, PSL, football and esports), Bingo or Fish Games — are governed by the following general rules:

• Confirmation is final: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the platform, it cannot be cancelled, modified or reversed by the player except where explicitly permitted by the rules of a specific market or game.
• Odds and prices: Betting odds on sports markets are subject to change up to the point at which a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the moment your bet is accepted are the odds that apply to your wager.

777pkr reserves the right to report suspected fraudulent activity to relevant authorities where required. We co-operate fully with payment providers and financial institutions in investigating suspicious transactions.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 777pkr platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, icons and software — is the intellectual property of 777pkr or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publish or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission from 777pkr.

Game content provided by third-party game studios is subject to those studios' respective intellectual property rights. Your right to access and play these games is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence granted for personal entertainment only. In cases of account closure due to breach, balances associated with fraudulent activity may be voided. Balances from legitimate deposits not subject to an active breach investigation will be returned.
